How it works

Simple as a phone call.

Step 1

You tell me what you need

Fill out the form below or call me directly. I'll reach out today — or first thing tomorrow if it's late.

Step 2

I send you two or three pros

Not a directory. Every contractor I recommend is someone I know personally and trust.

Step 3

You pick who you like

Get the quotes, ask your questions, choose who you want. I stay available if anything goes sideways.

Step 4

It costs you nothing.

Free for homeowners. The contractor I connect you with compensates me when they win the job.

Step 5

This isn't Angi or HomeAdvisor.

They sell your number to strangers and disappear. I pick up the phone, make the introductions personally, and stay with you through the whole project. One person. One market. That's the difference.

We have good friends with cottages on Canandaigua Lake, and we make the drive out there many times a year. Every single time, I'm reminded how special this place is. The village, the lake, the restaurants, the festivals — Canandaigua has a way of making you feel like you're somewhere far from home without ever leaving the region.

Canandaigua Lake is the fourth largest of the Finger Lakes — eleven miles long, crystal clear, surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards. The famous Boathouse Row along the waterfront has nearly 80 historic boathouses, some dating back to 1888, and it's one of the most photographed spots in all of upstate New York. Dinner at Nolan's on the lake, a summer evening at CMAC, the Canandaigua Art & Music Festival on Main Street — this is a town that knows how to enjoy itself.

"Canandaigua is one of those places that makes you slow down the moment you arrive. The lake does that to people. When you own a home here, you want it to match the setting."

What Canandaigua homes are like.

Canandaigua has a wonderful mix — grand historic homes in the village, beautiful lakefront cottages and year-round waterfront properties, and well-kept neighborhoods throughout the surrounding area. The Sonnenberg Gardens estate gives you a sense of the architectural heritage here. These aren't cookie-cutter houses. They have character, history, and in many cases, spectacular views.

Lakefront and lake-view homes in particular tend toward bigger renovation projects — decks and outdoor living spaces to make the most of the setting, updated kitchens and bathrooms for homes that have been in families for decades, and weatherproofing for properties that see four full seasons on the water.

Canandaigua homeowners appreciate quality. They chose this place on purpose. I find them contractors who feel the same way.

Tell me about your project.

I'll call you today if I can — first thing tomorrow morning if it's late when you send this.

No spam. No automated calls. Greg reads every submission personally.
