Greater Rochester Area

Service Areas

I serve Pittsford and the surrounding Rochester communities. Click your town to learn more.

I've lived in this area my whole life. I know these towns — not from a map, but from sixty-nine years of showing up, raising a family, building businesses, and watching neighborhoods change. Click on your town below and you'll see what I mean.

Monroe County

Pittsford

I've lived here for twenty-five years. I walk the canal with my dogs. I know every neighborhood and I know which contractors meet Pittsford's standards.

Monroe County

Fairport

My first home was on Ayrault Road. I raised my kids there. Fairport is where I put down my first real roots — and it's still one of my favorite places in Rochester.

Monroe County

Penfield

Walter Hagen lived in Corbett's Glen. I have one of his putters on my wall. Great golf, great restaurants, and homeowners who know quality when they see it.

Monroe County

Webster

My best friend of fifty years is from Webster. We met on the MCC golf team in 1976. Proietti's has been a Webster institution for decades — and so has the loyalty of this community.

Monroe County

Brighton

My mailing address is Brighton — 14618. Twelve Corners, the best bagels, and Tuthill Lighting on Monroe Avenue, a family business over a hundred years in the making.

Monroe County

Henrietta

I was born here. My dad's barbershop — Colosi's — is still open on East Henrietta Road, now run by my nephews and niece. This is where the Colosi family started.

Monroe County

Mendon

My brother Gary lives on Cheese Factory Road. I've played over three hundred rounds at Mendon Country Club and eaten plenty of meals at the Cottage at Four Corners.

Monroe County

Honeoye Falls

My brother Mark lives on Five Points Road. One of the most charming villages in all of upstate New York — great schools, great restaurants, and a genuine hometown feel.

Monroe County

Irondequoit

My aunt Vera lived on Titus Avenue. My godfather Uncle Bill raised his family here. My cousin Bill still lives here today. Irondequoit has always been family to me.

Monroe County

Greece

Eight miles of Lake Ontario shoreline, beautiful parks, and solid established neighborhoods. Greece homeowners take pride in where they live — and it shows.

Monroe County

Scottsville

My brother Gary's first house was in Scottsville. Oatka Creek runs right through town. Historic cobblestone homes, farmland, great fish fries on Friday — a truly special village.

Monroe County

Rush

I grew up a mile from Rush. My dad joined Wildwood Country Club in 1969 — I'm still a member. I fish in Rush Creek as a kid, stopped at Bock's Market, and still drive through over a hundred times a year.

Ontario County

Canandaigua

Friends with cottages on Canandaigua Lake. We go many times a year. The village, the lake, the festivals, Boathouse Row — one of the most beautiful places in all of upstate New York.
