Is this really free for homeowners?

Yes. Completely free. No hidden fees, no fine print. When the contractor I connect you with wins the job, they compensate me. You never see a bill from me — not ever.

How do you find your contractors — are they just anyone who signs up?

No. I don't run a directory and I don't take applications. Every contractor I work with is someone I know personally or have vetted myself. I've seen their work, checked their references, and I trust them enough to put my name behind them. If I wouldn't send them to my own house, I don't send them to yours.

How many contractors will you send me?

Two or three. Enough to get real competitive bids, not so many that you're drowning in salespeople. Quality over quantity — always.

What if I don't like any of the contractors you send me?

Tell me. I'll find you someone else. This doesn't end when I hand you a list. I stay involved until you've found someone you're comfortable with.

What happens after I pick a contractor?

Two things. First, I make the calls to the contractors you didn't choose so you don't have to. That's an uncomfortable conversation and it's my job, not yours. Second, I stay available throughout your project. If something comes up, you've got my number.

What if something goes wrong during the project?

Call me. I'm your advocate — not the contractor's. If there's a dispute, a delay, or something just doesn't look right, I'll step in, make the calls, and help get it resolved. You're not on your own once the contract is signed. That's the whole point of working with a person instead of a website.

How is this different from Angi or HomeAdvisor?

They sell your phone number to a list of contractors and walk away. You get bombarded with calls, you're on your own to vet everyone, and nobody's looking out for you. I do the opposite. I pick up the phone, I make the introductions personally, and I stay involved. There's one of me and I know this market. They don't.

How fast will you get back to me?

Same day if you reach out before mid-afternoon. First thing the next morning if it's late in the day. You'll hear from me — not a bot, not an automated email. Me.

What kinds of projects do you handle?

Full renovations and significant home improvement projects — kitchens, bathrooms, additions, roofing, siding, windows, basements, and more. What I don't do is handyman work or new construction. If you're not sure whether your project fits, just ask. Worst I can say is it's not my lane.

Do you serve my area?

I serve Pittsford and the surrounding Rochester area — including Fairport, Penfield, Webster, Brighton, Henrietta, Mendon, Honeoye Falls, Irondequoit, Greece, Scottsville, Canandaigua, Perinton, and more.
